Cows
Locally raised, grass-fattened for the S. W. Oregon region. We cross shorthorns, a little Hereford, and a touch of Angus to make an awesome and wholesome carcass. Our cattle aren't given any implants, vaccines, or antibiotics; they enjoy locally-mixed minerals and grass-land to forage. They are not stressed at any point before slaughter. We have butcher shops in our locale that will slaughter, hang, and cut/wrap for the customer.
