In 2009 we offer a select few saddle horses and a few youngsters. As always, they are by private treaty. For the perfect home, the prices are negotiable. We have a 30 day trial program also; if you and your new Morgan don't fit each other or your circumstances change, 80% of the price will be refunded upon the animal's safe return to us. We are very proud of our pure Morgans, with their good minds and sturdy vigor. They carry increasingly rare Morgan bloodlines and true Morgan type. Each one is raised on a balanced nutrition program for overall strong immune systems and longevity. They are given lots of exposure to tractors, quads, dogs, chickens, cattle, pasturing in groups, winter boxstalls in bad weather, visiting children, and regular discipline. We don't grain, but they grow up on Dynamite brand supplements, along with loose mineral mixes, pasture grass (fresh and hay). and some alfalfa. We are diligent about keeping internal parasites to a minimum by fecal sampling, and a worming program. Our Morgans are kept barefoot and trimmed by our own on-site performance barefoot trimmer, our daughter! Email, call, or visit. You are always welcome and we are usually here!

Dawn Wind's Master McCool
Young Mac is growing into a beautiful, upheaded, alert colt. He has been very intelligent and sensible to work with. He has great feet and will be very sound. He is now a gelding, but only because of the poor economy. He is a bright star in our barn. His color is a blend of copper, bronze and chocolate. He halters and leads and is very curious and friendly. He is for sale at a reasonable price to the right home.

Toroy Mist's Golden Master
This kind, athletic fellow (Buster Boy X Toroy Memory Golden Miss) is going from being one of our stallions to being a wonderful gelding! He has produced well for us but just doesn't have the concentration of family lines we are wanting most. We chose to send him on as a gelding to a working home rather than a breeding home in what is a poor market. Massey is a gentle horse who tries hard to please. He is built to stay sound for a long, long time. He has never been sick, colicked, lame, or difficult to be around.
My feeling is that he would make someone an awesome dressage horse, as he has lots of impulsion, agility, flexibility, work ethic, soundness and desire to please. He has been a fool-proof mountain horse, never shying, very sure-footed and steady. He has been used to gather and sort cattle and to follow wild mustangs.
He will be ridden this summer until the right person decides on him. He is very smooth to sit in all gaits, walk, trot and canter. He gets along with all small creatures and isn't aggressive with other horses. He's just a good guy!
Again, private treaty, if you are interested. Oh, he is an honest 14.3, with no white, and is a clear palomino. He will be twelve in the end of May, 2010.
