Niobrara Brigadier Correll
Brig was born and raised at Dawn Wind, from a wonderful mare owned by Bob and Sheryl Drew of Parker, AZ. He is our fun boy! In April 2009 he came home from 6 months driving training with Terri Jones, of Carousel Farms in Washougal, WA. He is now our family driving horse, and what a delight! Geldings are always necessary on a breeding farm if one wants to ride or drive during breeding season. If the grand-kids come to play, Brig is the one to have fun with!

Dawn Wind's Berry Brave
This sturdy little filly (Braveheart of Timespast X Triple S Berry Knox), born November, 2008, is 25% Criterion, and almost 11% each of Ashbrook and Jubilee King. She is our outcross. Braveheart did well to stamp himself! Her dam carries Jubilee King, 9%, but also unrelated lines for several generations back. Even though she was born at the onset of winter, she runs and plays on a hillside pasture daily with her dam. She halters and leads and picks her feet up easily. Come spring she and her mom will get to join the others so she can be socialized.

Dawn Winds Valentino (Braveheart of Timespast x Farceur's Valentine), born June 2, 2009. Robbie is a gentle-minded, friendly fellow. We expect to castrate him next spring. He is very well-bred; line-bred Brunk breeding as well as old govt. He will make someone an excellent mount for anything needed athleticism and common sense. He will be tall and sound and elegant.
